"Magnetic3D" is a kit designed to attach nanoshuttles (particles composed of iron oxide, gold, and poly-L-lysine) to the cell surface and form spheroids using magnetic force. It allows for the formation of spheroids easily and quickly without the need for special equipment or media. 【Procedure】 1. After adding the nano shuttle to the culture medium, incubate for 6 hours to overnight. 2. Collect the cells after incubation using trypsin. The collected cells are seeded in a culture vessel that has been treated to prevent cell adhesion (Cell-Repellent products), with magnets placed on the top for 35mm dishes/6-well/24-well plates and on the bottom for 96-well/384-well plates. 3. Spheroids will begin to form in as little as 15 minutes to 1 hour.
