The QC-502M2F is a universal testing machine with a maximum load of 100 kN.
The combination of a servo motor and a precise transmission with a high-strength frame structure provides stable performance. It is suitable for testing materials such as resin, fiber, metal, structures, and building components, offering excellent quietness and high-precision data through the servo motor. The high-functionality M2F controller supports a variety of tests, including tensile (compression) tests, bending tests, creep tests, stress relaxation tests, repetitive tests, and multi-step tests that combine multiple tests. The operation of the M2F software is simple and supports multiple languages. Additionally, it allows for unit system switching and provides real-time graph displays during testing, as well as various data analyses after testing through its analytical functions. Since the controller is separate from the testing machine, it excels in maintainability, contributing to reduced maintenance costs and extended equipment lifespan. The extensive speed range of the M2F system is from 0.0001 to 375 mm/min, accommodating numerous standard tests.
