The QC-501M1F is a universal testing machine suitable for testing samples and products with a maximum load of 300 kN.
It consists of a servo motor, a high-precision transmission, and the M1F controller. The M1F software operates on Windows and supports tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and tear tests. The robust and durable system structure enhances test stability and reduces issues during high-load measurements. It is ideal for tests requiring high loads on metals, composites, and construction materials. The servo motor excels in quiet operation and precise control, allowing for high-accuracy test data. It can be operated directly from an optional 7-inch display, enabling standalone testing of the system. Precise adjustments of vertical movement using a jog controller facilitate accurate alignment at the start of tests and during the calibration process of load cells, preventing overload. The wide speed range of 0.2 to 375 mm/min accommodates numerous standard tests.
