This is a test to isolate and identify microorganisms such as molds, bacteria, and yeasts that have developed in food and various industrial products. Based on the test results, information is provided regarding the ecological distribution, physiological characteristics, harmfulness, and preventive measures against reoccurrence of the contaminating microorganisms. It is also possible to examine whether or not the sample contains microorganisms (molds, yeasts, or bacteria) without identifying them.

【Testing Method】 1. Observe the discolored areas, altered areas, and floating substances of the sample under a microscope. ↓ 2. Inoculate the observed discolored areas, altered areas, and floating substances onto a sterile medium. ↓ 3. Culture the samples. ↓ 4. Perform pure culture of the cultured microorganisms. ↓ 5. Identify the pure cultured microorganisms using the most appropriate method (*). * Among morphological, biochemical, and genetic methods, the optimal testing method will be used considering the purpose of the test, the time and cost required for the test, and the isolated microbial species.
