Applications/Examples of results
【Testing Procedure】 1. DNA Extraction Collect the microbial cells from the sample (culture) and extract the DNA. If the sample has insufficient isolation (pure culture), there is a possibility that sequence data may not be obtained. ↓ 2. PCR Amplify the specified analysis region (16S rRNA gene region or ITS region) using PCR. For the 16S rRNA gene region, amplification is generally performed using 10F and 800R (refer to 【used primers】, approximately 0.8 kb of the 16S rRNA gene region). If you wish to analyze almost the entire region (using 10F and 1500R), please let us know. ↓ 3. Sequencing Reaction Perform a sequencing reaction using the products amplified by PCR. ↓ 4. Capillary Electrophoresis Obtain sequence data by separating and detecting the products of the sequencing reaction using capillary electrophoresis.
