A new type of exciter corresponding to high magnetic flux density has been developed! To evaluate electromagnetic steel sheets, it is necessary to understand the magnetic properties in all directions.
We would like to introduce our 2D single-sheet magnetic testing device, the 'R2D-SST-60 Series.' We have developed a new type of exciter that enables evaluation in high magnetic flux density areas. The measurement speed has been enhanced by incorporating an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), allowing for quick measurements. Additionally, magnetic flux density can be measured using a probe method as well as with a sensing coil. 【Features】 ■ New type of exciter compatible with high magnetic flux density & high-speed measurement with FPGA ■ Capable of measuring in high magnetic flux density areas up to 2T ■ Magnetic field strength measurement: employs the double H-coil method ■ Magnetic flux density measurement: employs the sensing coil method (measurements using the probe method are also possible) ■ Sample size for measurement: 60mm x 60mm, with support for a maximum diameter of 109mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
