Japan has one of the highest frequencies of disasters in the world! It contributes to recovery and reconstruction from natural disasters.
On this homepage, we introduce "Building a Disaster-Resilient Nation: Nikkou's Initiatives." In response to the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in 2011, the "Basic Act on National Resilience" was enacted in 2013. Following this, the "Basic Plan for National Resilience" was created in 2014.
