【Testing Method】 For the test sample, inoculate 0.1 mL of the test bacterial solution into 110 mL of the test sample and let it stand for a specified time (3 points, e.g., 10 seconds, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.※2) before measuring the viable bacterial count. ※1 The sample you provide will be used as is or diluted with a specified concentration or solvent. It is also possible to dilute solid samples (such as powders). For controls, phosphate-buffered saline, saline, and purified water will be used. ※2 You need to specify this. Since it is the time expected for the effect of the sample, there is no standard setting. Please specify the time you expect the effect of the sample, whether it be a short time (10 seconds to a few minutes) or a long time (a few tens of minutes to a few hours).
