basic information
- Necessary information for conducting the test To provide a smooth estimate, it would be helpful to receive the following information: - Number of types of specimens - Whether there are any specimens prepared that correspond to unprocessed test pieces - Required deliverables* (if there are any besides the Japanese report) - Test microorganism species (if you wish to conduct the test with a species different from the specified one) - If you wish for the test pieces to be sterilized, please indicate so - Method of preparing the test pieces (if you want to use test pieces treated with liquids, etc.) *Unless there are specific requests, the report will consist only of a Japanese report (including test methods and test results (results of determining test conditions, viable cell counts after culture, and antimicrobial activity values), without images).

Applications/Examples of results
**Testing Method** Inoculate 0.4 g of the sample (antibacterial processed specimen and unprocessed specimen) with 0.2 mL of test bacterial solution (prepared using 1/20 nutrient medium) and incubate at 37°C for 24 hours. Wash out the sample before and after incubation. Measure the viable bacterial count in the washout solution and the viable bacterial count of the sample. * For each sample, three test specimens will be used for testing before and after incubation. * Sterilization of test specimens before testing is not performed unless instructed otherwise. If desired, please let us know. * The unprocessed test specimen refers to "a substrate similar to that of the antibacterial processed specimen, but without antibacterial processing." * It is also possible to use test specimens that have undergone some treatment with liquids, etc., as antibacterial processed specimens for testing. We can prepare cotton cloth pieces.
