It is a current condition survey conducted before the start of construction to prevent disputes with the owners of surrounding buildings. Survey contents include: - Damage from cracks and gaps in external, internal, and exterior structures - Measurement of inclinations in columns and thresholds - Level measurements of buildings and structures In the event that damage occurs, we will conduct an investigation based on the pre-construction survey materials and provide comparable documentation.
