Manual mobile shelving (mobile rack) increases storage capacity in the warehouse by 196%!

By replacing direct placement racks in the warehouse with rail-mounted movable shelves (movable racks), the storage capacity of the warehouse has increased by 196%! Installation construction drawings are now available!

A customer with a shelf space occupancy rate of 25.3% in their warehouse. While the aisles are somewhat secured, there was a shortage of shelf space for the stored items. As a result, racks and other items were placed directly in the available space, making it very difficult to search for documents and other materials. Kobatec proposed a renovation using "rail-type movable shelves (manual movable shelves)." We created a new proposal from scratch based on the current layout, presenting what the ideal layout should look like. After our proposal, the shelf space occupancy rate in the warehouse increased to 49.7%, resulting in a 196% increase in storage capacity.
