This is a product currently under development. We aim to start sales within 2023. Patent number 6511200 A revolutionary function has been added to the surface of the cooling roll for film casting. It eliminates the need for pinning wires and touch rolls, allowing the cooling roll to independently adsorb and cool the molten resin sheet. The entire surface, including the film cut sections, adheres uniformly across the full width of the roll surface. This reduces oligomer contamination on the film contact surface and both ends. There is no internal charging of the film, eliminating the need for internal charge removal in subsequent processes. By using a combination of JR force and assist (pinning wire) electrodes in the electrostatic adhesion casting method, it is possible to perform melt extrusion film molding of all types of thermoplastic resins using electrostatic adhesion methods, regardless of insulation resistance values. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Other Features】 ■ It is possible to form sheets using the electrostatic adhesion method with high insulation films such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), which have a volume resistivity of 10^10 Ω·cm or higher in a molten state. ■ Casting can be performed at much lower voltages (DC 3–8 kV) compared to the standard electrostatic adhesion method using only pinning wire electrodes. ■ Static electricity can be removed through conventional ionizer decharging treatment, making handling after casting easier. ■ The cooling speed is increased, allowing for a higher film forming speed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
