Additionally, to use the ion exchange resin in filters, it needed to be dried and ground. Since we relied on outsourcing to companies capable of handling each process, manufacturing took longer, leading to increased material costs. By managing the entire process from application development to processing of ion exchange resin in-house, we were able to select suitable products from a wide range of ion exchange resins and perform the drying and grinding of the resin in the same factory, resulting in improved efficiency.
