The mirror belt has been designed to enhance flexibility in the pressing section as the main roll, allowing for a high-precision mirror finish on thin sheets with a thickness of 0.1mm. The sheet thickness can be adjusted without changing the roll gap, and only the winding speed can be modified. This significantly reduces the time required for thickness adjustments! Additionally, the press-down roll (push roll) can be moved during sheet extrusion, allowing the pressing time to be adjusted according to the type of plastic material used. Furthermore, there is no longer a need for cumbersome adjustments of roll gaps and sheet surface smoothness!
