The factories in Thailand and Malaysia can handle everything from molding to decoration (painting, printing, vacuum metallization, laser processing) and assembly in a consistent manner. In Thailand, we also manufacture molds in-house. Both factories have obtained IATF 16949 certification.

At the Thailand factory, we conduct material ordering using barcodes, manage real-time inventory and work-in-progress, and ensure product traceability. We also have a dedicated automated line for piano black painting, which helps reduce dust contamination and improve the direct delivery rate.

We support various injection molded parts, mold manufacturing, and secondary processing at our six domestic factories and overseas in Thailand and Malaysia. Our production equipment includes injection molding machines ranging from small 30 to 1600-ton classes. Our overseas factories are equipped with spindles, robotic painting, vacuum deposition equipment, and laser markers. We cater to a wide range of fields, including automotive (interior parts and lighting), home appliances, and office automation equipment.
