We would like to introduce our company's "leaf springs and thin plate springs." The conventional method was progressive stamping, but by switching to multi-forming, we significantly reduced material costs. Additionally, while the material was SK steel with hardening and painting, we changed to stainless steel round processed material, which also reduced subsequent processes and significantly lowered processing costs.
