The resin ring coupling is an original technology from HEICO in Germany and is certified under "Patent No. 6811858." < Other Product Details > ■ Special rings made from soft resin are also used for seal rings. ■ The resin ring inside the washer keeps the two washers accurately aligned at all times. ■ The "tab" of the resin ring prevents the bolt from falling off by catching on the threads. ■ The washers do not come apart due to the resin ring, even when reused. ■ Reduces stress during work without worrying about washer detachment. ■ Compatible with various bolts available in the market. ■ Can be used with high-strength bolts of strength grades 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9, along with their corresponding nuts. ■ Suitable for environments where lubricants are used. ■ Reusable (depending on usage conditions). ■ Reduces work costs due to increased productivity. ■ The basic outer diameter width comes in "2 types": standard width (narrow) / wide type. ■ Standard materials: Steel, stainless steel. *Other materials available upon inquiry. ■ Standard sizes: M8 - M16. *Sizes will be gradually expanded.
