SGP Pipe Painting (Part 1) - Gasket Seat Protection and Blasting - After protecting and blasting the gasket seat, we will apply a thick film heat-resistant coating.
We will be installing SGP gas pipes of various sizes and diameters. When carrying out the installation, we will protect the serrated processing area of the gasket seat, as any scratches caused by blasting can compromise the sealing performance. Once the protective tape is securely applied, we will proceed with surface treatment using blasting. After the blasting is completed, we will perform heat-resistant painting, but the "first part" will cover up to the blasting process. The heat-resistant painting and thickness inspection will be introduced in the "second part," so please take a look. ◎ SGP (Carbon Steel Pipe for Piping) This is the most familiar steel pipe in our surroundings. It is commonly referred to as SGP pipe, gas pipe, white pipe, or black pipe. (The white pipe is an SGP pipe that has undergone zinc plating.)
