Suppressing the occurrence of bacteria during the cultivation of strawberries, tomatoes, and other crops for agriculture, forestry, and horticulture.
Perfect for watering strawberries and tomatoes! It can be easily utilized by simply attaching it to a water supply device.
Microbubbles are believed to have some activating effects on living organisms, and detailed research is being conducted at universities and specialized institutions. However, until now, it has been challenging to generate microbubbles in cultivation settings such as hydroponics and open-field farming. However, with our microbubbles, you can easily utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles simply by attaching them to a water supply device. It seems that some farmers have already succeeded with crops like strawberries, but the specific methods of use remain confidential as corporate secrets. As a company, we would like to be a bit more open and, in the future, promote the use of microbubbles and nanobubbles in the cultivation of strawberries and tomatoes, vegetable farming in plant factories, cleaning, transportation, and more. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
