The "Elma System" is a unique technology developed by Elma Corporation in 1998 that can reduce and regenerate the sulfation degradation of lead-acid batteries, maximizing their lifespan. By attaching Elma products to lead-acid batteries, the nano-second size pulse of the "Elma System" decomposes and removes the cause of degradation in lead-acid batteries, known as "sulfation crystals = lead sulfate," returning it to its original dilute sulfuric acid and lead dioxide/lead. The "Elma System" operates with extremely weak pulses that do not affect either the lead-acid battery or the equipment, allowing for a dramatic extension of the battery's lifespan while remaining attached to the lead-acid battery.
