[Production Achievements] The frame is welded from aluminum pipes! The front wheel is driven by gears and a timing belt!
This is a rehabilitation walker for the recovery of walking function, developed in collaboration with a chiropractic clinic. Based on the theory that "the coordination of the upper and lower limbs is important," the walker adds rotational movement of the upper arms to its functionality. It can function as a regular walker, but it is also designed to drive the front wheels using gears and a timing belt, allowing movement with just the motion of the upper arms. It has been used in actual rehabilitation at the chiropractic clinic, and improvements have been made over time. The frame is welded from aluminum pipes. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
◆Background of Introduction Most conventional walkers are designed to be pushed while firmly gripping the gauge. This type of walker is beneficial in the early stages of rehabilitation, but as walking improves, we believe that incorporating upper limb coordination can lead to faster recovery, which is why this product was developed. ◆Solution The swinging motion of the arms is converted into rotational motion through a linkage, driving the front wheels of the walker. This requires the movement of the upper limbs during walking, allowing for rehabilitation of both the upper and lower limbs. ◆Effect It has been used in actual rehabilitation at a partner osteopathic clinic. The effectiveness is still under verification. ◆Services Provided by Our Company Idea generation, 3D modeling (Solidworks), mechanical design, and manufacturing (aluminum pipe frame welding, timing belts, clutch mechanisms, etc.) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
