This is a security box for tenant office buildings. It is an electric opening and closing box that manages the keys to the tenant entrance and exit in order to automate building management. The mechanism is simple. When the solenoid releases the lock on the door, the door opens slowly due to a spring and a silicone damper. When you insert the key and close the door, it locks mechanically. The innovative aspect is the standardization of parts. The system can accommodate up to 4 columns and 10 tiers, and it needs to be compatible with both right-hand and left-hand configurations.
