It's a space-saving and easy-to-handle Laue camera!
High-speed acquisition of X-ray diffraction (Laue spot) images of single crystal materials is possible. It is a tabletop model that integrates an air-cooled X-ray generator and a high-sensitivity detector. 【Features】 - Compact and lightweight, space-saving - Measurement time: approximately 60 seconds - The use of a low-power X-ray tube allows for air cooling, reducing maintenance efforts - Easy sample placement due to vertical downward X-ray incidence - Precise alignment possible using a microscope - Equipped with a 6-axis (Θ/Tan./Rad./X/Y/Z) sample stage - No need for an X-ray operator; anyone can use it *Please consult us if you have requests for large samples or field measurements (such as single crystal turbine blades). A portable device that accommodates free-size samples is also available. We also offer demo measurements. ◆Exhibiting at JASIS 2022 Advanced Science, Analysis Systems & Solutions Exhibition◆ Dates: September 7 (Wed) - 9 (Fri), 2022 Venue: Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall Booth Number: 6B-402 We invite you to visit our booth and see the actual device!

basic information
Features of this product 1. Compact and lightweight Utilizing the technology of the μ-X360s, which achieves the world's smallest and lightest class, we have created a compact and lightweight device. 2. Easy operation The X-rays are emitted in a vertical downward direction, making sample attachment easy, and precise alignment can be performed accurately using a microscope. It is also easy to handle, allowing anyone to operate it with ease. 3. Fast and high-precision measurement With a standard collimator (X-ray irradiation diameter: approximately Φ1mm), measurements can be completed in about 60 seconds. Additionally, our unique image processing technology allows for the output of clear and high-precision Laue spot images. 4. Ensured safety By adopting low-output X-rays, safety is ensured. Furthermore, the interlocked shielding cover completely prevents exposure, allowing anyone to use it safely. There is no need for certification as an X-ray work supervisor. Applications - Orientation confirmation and adjustment for cutting single crystal materials (ingots, wafers, etc.) - Evaluation of crystallinity (single crystal/twinned/multicrystalline, changes in crystallinity, symmetry)
