Grinding of the dynamic balance of the magnet pulley, as well as the outer bearing section and seal section.

This is an introduction to Kōei Techno System's research and development aimed at enhancing the quality of components, improving wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, similar to preventive healthcare, with a focus on the repair, regeneration, extension of life, and maintenance of parts. We perform grinding of the bearing and seal parts of magnetic pulleys (magnetic separators) used in the recycling field, as well as dynamic balancing of the pulley body. Dynamic balancing is conducted to G2.5 grade, adjusting unbalanced weights from several hundred grams down to a few grams. Additionally, in terms of grinding performance, we process shafts at the acceptance stage with rough dimensions (+0.2 to +0.5 of the finished dimensions) to finished dimension tolerances (+0.01 to +0.015). We specialize in dynamic balance adjustment and grinding processing of magnetic pulleys used in the recycling field. We perform grinding on the bearing and sealing parts of magnetic pulleys (magnetic separation machines) and ensure the dynamic balance of the pulley body. For dynamic balance grading, we conduct balancing at G2.5 level, adjusting unbalanced weights from several hundred grams down to a few grams. Our grinding processing achievements show that at the time of acceptance, we process shafts with rough dimensions (+0.2 to +0.5 of finished dimensions) to finished dimension tolerances (within +0.01 to +0.015).
