The REVO is equipped with a 30L condenser capacity and temperatures of -53°C and -85°C, as well as a wide shelf area (0.186 to 1.115 m²). The product chamber and condenser chamber are separated, allowing for the installation of an isolation valve in between. The isolation valve helps confirm the endpoint of drying and protects samples during power outages. With PLC control, it offers high-precision shelf temperature control and temperature management, along with the option to use FreezeBooster for controlling preliminary freezing through ice fog introduction rapid ice nucleation methods, and AccuFlux for measuring heat flux to vials, enabling evaluation of shelf temperature control. 【Features】 - Shelf levels can be selected from 1 to 6 (6 levels are for bulk only). - Condenser ice accumulation capacity of 30L. - Manual and program operation via Opti-Dry Gen2 software, monitoring of the freeze-drying process, and output of trend data (in CSV format) are possible. - Achieves temperature stability of the condenser (maintaining condenser temperature below -80°C during the drying process) with a high-performance refrigeration unit. - Optimization of preliminary freezing is possible with the FreezeBooster.
