During the test, the reference waveform stored in this device is compared with the currently measured waveform. It provides PASS or FAIL comparison results based on area, differential area, corona discharge, differential phase, and other criteria. The TH2882A series, equipped with powerful features, accurate testing methods, flexible operation, and various interfaces, can provide testing solutions for most coil winding products. Coil products (such as transformers and motors) may experience issues such as insulation failures between coil layers, circles, and leads due to factors like coil wire material, magnetic materials, structure, and manufacturing techniques. The impulse winding tester of the TH2882A series adopts high-speed sampling technology and is a new generation of analytical testing equipment designed to measure the insulation performance of coil products.
