Standard features include PC/PLC control for data collection, a self-test function (automatic freeze-drying, defrost, system test, leak rate test). CIP functionality (excluding cleaning water tank) can be added for production purposes. 【Features】 - Shelf levels can be selected from 5 to 10. - Condenser ice accumulation capacity of 50L. - Manual and program operation via Opti-Dry Gen2 software, monitoring of the freeze-drying process, and output of trend data (in CSV format) are possible. - Achieves temperature stability of the condenser (maintaining condenser temperature below -80℃ during the drying process) with a high-performance refrigeration unit. - CIP functionality (in-place cleaning) can be equipped for production. - Isolation valves can be installed.
