■Main Features ● When the separately attached sensor or system detects a person or vehicle, a voice message or alarm sound is triggered, and the rotating light activates. ● Thanks to the built-in day/night detection switch, when it becomes sufficiently dark, the message "Monitoring for Illegal Dumping" is illuminated by fluorescent light. ● The rotating light spins 140 times per minute, serving as a deterrent and alert. ● The pole is sold separately.
