The Ex-Temp series is the only domestically certified intrinsically safe explosion-proof type radiation thermometer in Japan (manufactured by Calex Electronics). It can be installed in atmospheres where flammable substances such as solvents are present, such as chemical plants and resin factories. There are numerous implementation records with major companies in plastic manufacturing lines, tape production, high-performance film and paint production, and paint application processes. 【Features】 ■ Sensor heads can be installed in hazardous gas atmospheres, Zones 0, 1, and 2. ■ It has obtained intrinsic safety explosion-proof certification numbers from JPEx, ATEX, IECEx, and UKCA, allowing use in Japan, Europe, and other countries that accept IECEx international explosion-proof certification. ■ Protection rating IP65.
