Introducing a case study of cloud implementation support services to enhance the convenience of email!

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Office 365" at Century 21 Japan, Inc. Previously, the company's email could not be used outside the office, so it was forwarded to company-issued smartphones. However, reading or replying to forwarded emails was inconvenient because they were not synchronized with the email server. Therefore, we searched for a secure and highly convenient cloud-based email solution and implemented this product. As a result, employees can now operate their emails outside the office just as they do inside, and the synchronization of email history and unread/read status has greatly improved usability.
