We would like to introduce a case where the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's subsidy for the signboard manufacturing industry was utilized to significantly improve productivity through the introduction of new machinery. There was a period when there was a rapid increase in inquiries from major steel companies and large general contractors regarding the installation of new products with large designs and sophisticated patterns in ultra-high-rise buildings, JR stations, and the metropolitan expressway in Tokyo. As a result, the production capacity of general machinery could not meet the rapidly increasing demand, making it necessary to expand production capacity through the introduction of new machinery. We implemented the reduction of four processes: the introduction of a new steel plate cutting machine and laser processing machine, the creation of laser processing fixtures, the installation of fixtures, the rework of sheet metal cutting, and the deburring of adhesive surfaces.
