Before introducing the printed circuit boards equipped with electronic components to the assembly line, inspections are conducted using 2D and 3D automated optical inspection (AOI) machines. Using the inspection result data from the optical inspection machines, we thoroughly determine the presence of component lifting, foreign matter adhesion, solder fillets, missing parts, etc., on the judgment line, and only products that pass all criteria are introduced to the line. Furthermore, images of the assembled products on the production line captured by CCD cameras are automatically compared with the pre-stored data of the components. We acquire images regarding the presence of components, positional deviations, differences in types, and the color and shape of components, and we have a system in place to determine pass or fail using a centralized management system.
