Introduction to Toa Electronics Group's Electronic Equipment Assembly Production System

Our company is committed to enhancing our customers' credit and sales capabilities by working on awareness reform and strengthening our internal structure within the group, aiming for improved quality and reduced defect rates. The Toa Electronics Group's "Suntec Toyo Factory" has obtained certification for the international standard of quality management systems, "ISO 9001," from the certification body "ASR Co., Ltd." We will make company-wide efforts to improve productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, all assembly jigs used on the production line are designed and manufactured in-house. We also produce 3D printers that create complex shapes and small parts, thoroughly pursuing the ease of use of our jigs. Images of assembled products on the production line, captured by automatic optical inspection machines (AOI) and CCD cameras, are automatically compared with pre-stored data of the components. We acquire images regarding the presence or absence of parts, positional deviations, differences in types, and the color and shape of parts, and we have a system in place for determining pass or fail through a centralized management system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
