Our company provides manufacturing services for aluminum alloy castings. We employ three methods: "die casting," where molten aluminum is filled into precisely made molds under high pressure; "sand casting," where molten metal is poured into sand molds, which are broken after solidification to retrieve the product; and "gravity casting," where molds made of cast iron or heat-resistant alloy steel are used for shaping. Our company, while originating from sand casting, is also an enterprise with extensive experience in mold gravity casting and die casting methods.
