Standard equipped with a 16k line sensor camera. The uniquely designed complete dome lighting suppresses shadow formation by diffusing white LEDs from all directions. Stable inspections can be performed with minimal image variation, even on highly glossy materials, foils, and holograms. Multiple master image registrations are possible. For example, by registering images of all hinges, it can accommodate different hinge types. It automatically recognizes feature points such as hinge numbers and switches to the corresponding master for inspection. By using DXF or PDF, operations such as setting troublesome areas or conditions are simplified, and high-precision settings are automatically performed, including both inside and outside the contour. Four types of judgment criteria are provided: density, red color, bleeding, and multiple points. Additionally, it automatically sorts single colors, gradients, text, plain backgrounds, and lines, enabling detailed and accurate inspections. Inspection filters and processing tailored to features such as line emphasis, color emphasis, and smudging are performed in the background to further enhance inspection performance. Evaluation judgments can be made based on individual values calculated in HSV color space, Lab, and ΔE.
