"Black dyeing" is a treatment that finishes the surface of steel with a black glossy appearance, using a chemical method that involves immersion in an aqueous solution primarily composed of caustic soda. The composition of the film is Fe3O4 (magnetite). Since it originates from a chemical reaction on the surface, the thickness is usually 1 to 2 micrometers (which may vary slightly depending on the treatment time), and it has little impact on the product dimensions, making it suitable for coloring and rust prevention of precision parts. We accommodate a wide variety of products and achieve high quality through years of experience and unique formulation techniques.
