At TSI Holdings Co., Ltd., we outsource warehouse operations to external parties, and veteran staff manually calculate the forecasted shipping quantities necessary for organizing warehouse shifts based on their experience. Due to circumstances such as being able to shop only online during the state of emergency, shipping volumes increased several times, making forecasting difficult.
