Introduction of case studies on the use of simulators in picking by operators and AGVs *Case study collection available.
We would like to introduce a case study on the use of our simulation technology for picking. <Case Study> ■ Company: Domestic 3PL Vendor ■ Challenge: To demonstrate to the shipper the current state of the warehouse and the efficiency improvements in picking through layout changes. ■ Implementation: - Recreate the picking-inspection-packaging area of the warehouse. - Gather data on the operating rates of personnel and equipment in each area, as well as the number of buffers. - Conduct a one-day simulation, record the flow, and review it. ■ Results: → Visualized issues such as insufficient inspection lines, a shortage of pickers, and low operating rates for floor movement. → Verified the potential improvements in overall operating rates when additional facilities and personnel were added. Currently, we are offering a collection of case studies titled "Utilization of Simulators in Picking by Workers and AGVs," which includes solutions to challenges faced by the aforementioned company. If you are interested or considering a simulator, please feel free to download it. *For more details, please download the materials or contact us through our website.
