St. Joseph's is building a Cisco Unified Wireless Network designed in collaboration with NEC, spanning the main campus and 22 remote sites. In partnership with Securitas Healthcare (formerly STANLEY Healthcare), the hospital has implemented the AeroScout environmental monitoring solution utilizing the wireless network. Wi-Fi temperature sensor tags are installed in refrigerators and freezers, and the MobileView software provides tracking, alerts, and reporting of temperature information.
