The "diffuser" we handle can reduce the need for filter replacement due to clogging of dust collectors and can eliminate the increase in power consumption caused by clogging. The use of a diffuser is expected to have a CO2 reduction effect through inverter control of exhaust fans. When airflow is controlled using dampers, the motor operates at a constant speed, requiring a large shaft power at all times. With inverter drive, adjusting the airflow is achieved by lowering the motor's rotational speed, which reduces shaft power. By using a diffuser, the increase in air resistance (pressure loss) is suppressed, thereby reducing the load on the motor, enabling significant energy-saving operations.
