[Development Background] Special films and metal foils (such as copper and aluminum foils) are generally not allowed to be bottomed out in order to protect the contents, and are packaged and transported in a suspended state with the axes held by supports on both sides. Therefore, they are often packaged in sturdy wooden boxes, steel cases, or boxes made from a combination of different materials. Using reinforced cardboard "Naviace" and reinforced cardboard pallets "Navipallet," we aimed to design packaging materials that were previously thought impossible to be made entirely of cardboard, utilizing our design capabilities. Development period: 3 years.
