The processing engineering consists of two processes! We will also introduce the features of the processing machines used in the first and second processes!
This is an explanation of the processing machine for a small rear axle case made of steel plate welding structure (for 1-ton trucks). The processing process consists of two stages. In the first stage, facing and boring are performed on the carrier mounting surface at the center of the workpiece, as well as facing and boring of the end flange surfaces at both ends of the workpiece, including the outer diameter and bearing holes for the axle shaft. In the second stage, drilling and back surface processing are carried out on the carrier mounting surface at the center of the workpiece, along with drilling hole processing on the end flange surfaces at both ends of the workpiece. 【Features】 <3-axis NC facing and boring machine> ■ High-precision processing with a highly reliable in-house NC facing head ■ The head has high rigidity and is equipped with a built-in balancer <3-axis drilling and back surface processing machine> ■ The processing head at the center has an automatic exchange system ■ The exchanged processing head is arranged perpendicular to the direction of head movement and on a horizontal plane *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
