The "TGR-250α" is a CNC tool grinding machine equipped with the new grinding program system "ITPS8." It allows for the automatic simultaneous exchange of the grinding wheel axis and coolant nozzle axis, eliminating the need for coolant nozzle adjustments with each grinding wheel change, thus reducing setup time. The bed has been redesigned to achieve even greater rigidity, and it also features a bed coolant circulation function to minimize the effects of thermal distortion.
