The "self-aligning roller bearing unit" has many advantages compared to commonly used pillow blocks, such as a larger alignment angle, ease of installation, and convenience of maintenance. The triple seal, which has an alignment angle of ±2°, accommodates various angular changes of the shaft and maintains constant contact with a special ring called a sealing ring with uniform force. The integrated ductile cast iron housing has about twice the strength of standard gray cast iron, and the flat back design provides strength during installation and withstands high loads.
