Like all OnRobot grippers, the VGP20 comes with all the necessary components for quick and easy integration with any major robot. Its built-in intelligence and user-friendly software enable precise airflow control and adjustments to the grip based on the type of application and materials being handled (such as objects of different shapes and sizes). The powerful vacuum airflow can pick up porous objects like low-cost thin cardboard boxes, recycled cardboard boxes, and lightweight bags, contributing to cost savings while minimizing waste. Additionally, there is an option to continuously monitor the gripper's airflow. If the vacuum state is interrupted for any reason, the robot will stop immediately, and an alert popup window will appear in the gripper's software.
