The delivery time for the LED conversion is approximately one week. <Features of our LED conversion> - Adopts a variable DC voltage power supply that is "gentle on the eyes and does not cause fatigue," making it ideal for photography and image processing. - Built-in protection circuits for overvoltage and overcurrent, allowing for safe use. - Utilizes high-brightness LEDs, heat dissipation methods, and power supplies that can withstand long hours of inspection work. - Modifies the lamp house to an optimal condition, installing a heat sink and LEDs. - Provides uniform illumination from low to high magnification, covering the entire field of view with high brightness. - The analog meter in the power supply section allows for constant monitoring of the LED and power supply status. - The lighting color is almost the same as when using a blue filter with a halogen lamp. - The illuminance is sufficient, allowing for comfortable use even at high magnifications.

The LED conversion uses the latest high-power LEDs, eliminating the need for expensive halogen lamps. The power consumption is about 1/10 that of halogen lamps, making it extremely energy-efficient. The temperature of the lighting is very low, so it does not affect the items being inspected. You can simply install the LED in your existing lamp house for use. No modifications to the microscope body are necessary. The LED and power supply come with a one-year warranty. If it is unclear whether the lamp house or the main unit is defective, we can provide free diagnostics and estimates. It can also be modified to support ultra-bright lighting that can replace fluorescent lighting (mercury lamps).
