A must-see for those struggling with the processing of hydraulic manifolds! 'MSSC'
THECUT MSSC
【Technical course materials are being presented!】Leave the cost reduction for processing O-ring seal ports to us!
The processing of O-ring seal ports for hydraulic manifolds and similar components varies in standards and requires precision, often necessitating expensive specialized tools. Additionally, the need for regrinding leads to significant management and tool inventory costs, which is a problem. The THECUT sheet surface cutter features an insert exchange system that allows for high-precision processing. With the arc type, it is possible to process different sizes using a single body, reducing the burden of tool inventory. Furthermore, by using inserts tailored to the workpiece, it is also possible to improve processing efficiency. Features: - Usable with general machining centers. - Compatible with screw standards ranging from PF1/8 to 1”1/2, M8 to M36, UNF, and SAE 7/16 to 1”7/8. (Sizes not included in standard specifications can be discussed.) - An "Assurance Support Campaign" is currently being conducted for first-time users. - For detailed product information and usage examples, please refer to the technical course materials and individual flyers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
