■ Adoption of Fuzzy Theory The two outputs from the newly developed dual twin element are divided into two pieces of information: the temperature difference and shape difference between the detection object and the background, which are detected by the CPU. Using fuzzy theory, it accurately determines whether the detection object is a human or a small animal and outputs an alarm. Even when phenomena that are likely to cause malfunctions, such as small animals (like mice), stray light, drafts, and external noise occur, the dual twin effect ensures that there is almost no impact. ■ Combined 3D and Area Surveillance By operating the mode selector inside the sensor and changing the lens, it can also be used for area surveillance. The surveillance area is effectively monitored up to 16m for 3D surveillance and 20m for area surveillance. ■ Abnormality Alarm Function While the sensor is in a surveillance state, it monitors the next functions through its built-in program. If an abnormality is detected, it continuously outputs an alarm and notifies of the abnormality with an alarm indicator light. ■ Auto Reset Memory Function When multiple sensors are connected, it is possible to confirm which sensor triggered the alarm by the blinking or lighting of the indicator light.
