The newly developed "S1" and "S2," which have been added to our lineup, are composed of completely non-silicone materials and have achieved a light release of less than 100 mN/25 mm in the Nitto 31B tape measurement. Additionally, using light release films can often lead to issues with repelling, which may cause problems during subsequent coating processes. However, S1 and S2 successfully maintain a low contact angle while being light release. If you are facing challenges, particularly with resin casting applications such as epoxy, we encourage you to give them a try. We also offer wide-width options up to 2,250 mm, as well as combinations with coating mats and antistatic features.
