We will obtain data through 3D scanning and create shapes using cutting processing.
Our scanning method captures 3D data at a rate of 4 million points per second, faithfully reflecting the subject as it is. This three-dimensional data can also be processed digitally. Fine adjustments to expressions and poses can be easily handled through digital processing. The final image can be checked digitally while manipulating the 360° model. Based on this 3D data, we cut and shape metal materials. We can create sculptures using various metals, including copper alloys and aluminum alloys. The size of the sculptures is determined by the size of the processing equipment, and we have large-scale facilities. The precision of the products we manufacture through machining is within tens of microns, allowing us to create digital data almost exactly as it is. We also accept monument production for non-human subjects. Currently, there are two main methods for creating typical bronze statues. The first method involves commissioning a sculptor to create a clay model of the requester. This model is then used to make a sand mold, into which molten copper alloy is poured (casting) to create the bronze statue. The second method involves creating a death mask, from which a sand mold is made, and then casting is done similarly to the first method. The method we employ for creation differs from these two approaches, as we use a third method to produce bronze statues.

basic information
Below, I will clarify the differences between the two methods mentioned earlier and our method. In the first method, the variability in the sculpture arises from the sculptor's abilities. The image that the client has in mind is translated into a three-dimensional form using clay, which inevitably leads to a different interpretation from others' perspectives. Aligning the images of the client and the sculptor requires time and effort. In the second method, since the client is cast, it seems possible to accurately replicate the individual. However, creating a death mask requires the client to be fixed on their back while a hardening resin is poured for casting. In this case, a tube must be placed in the mouth for breathing. Naturally, the expression becomes stiff, and simply lying on one's back can alter a person's expression. In our company, we perform a 3D scan of the subject as they are and convert it into machining data, sculpting from the material. This allows for the expression of the face to be captured as it is. If you have any requests for 3D modeling, monument production, or other services, please let us know. We also offer 3D scanning services for cultural properties and three-dimensional works. We are happy to accept these requests as well.
