Crushed discarded clothing is used to create mannequins! It can be produced using the same procedures as traditional FRP sculptures.
Recently, the issue of "waste clothing" has become a global challenge, not just within Japan. As a company, we are considering how to address this issue. As a manufacturer involved in this challenge, we are exploring the possibility of reusing waste clothing to create mannequins and sculptures, in hopes of alleviating the problem, even if just a little. This approach has successfully reduced environmental impact and risks for creators. Additionally, it can be produced using the same procedures as conventional FRP sculptures. [When crushing waste clothing] - Be sure to remove foreign objects such as buttons and zippers. - Crushing of mixed clothing is possible. - Sorting by material is not necessary. - Crushing can be done starting from approximately 10 kg at a time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
